The staff were great. They helped us find affordable transportation to Miami ports. They also aided us with finding food nearby. The hotel itself was not as clean as I would have preferred, but it was simply a matter of outdated, not a matter of staff neglect. The breakfast was okay, but mostly cereal and waffles. There weren't even pastries. Overall, it was a safe, quiet place to sleep. The staff were kind and helpful. I would stay here again.

This property has declined since I used it 2 years ago. The staff at check in was not friendly l, my shower door was almost impossible to open and the “free” breakfast was diminished to just cereal, toast and waffles of which I don’t eat any of. I will never stay there again. And it cost $596 for 2 nights for just myself. Very disappointed.

The staff was very nice, hospitable, and accommodating. The hotel is directly across the street from Walmart and Dollar Tree and within walking distance to a hosts of restaurants and they offer free shuttle service to and from the airport.

We stayed here for one night before our cruise. The only complaint was the bathroom had a moldy smell. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast had lots of options. Staff was friendly. We dipped our feet in the hot tub and it was a good temperature but the pool felt cold. Decent place to stay for a night or two.

The staff was awesome. They did all they could to get us into our room as soon as possible. Our room was large and clean. Some of the pool furniture was a little outdated. But that's the worst thing I have to say about it. Overall, I would stay again for a one-nighter.

Over all the property was clean, our bed very comfortable and had all we needed for an overnight stay. Unfortunately the evening receptionist was having a bad night and her instructions about the shuttle bus were conflicting and basically unclear. Consequently we waited one and a half hours to connect with the bus. The driver was very nice and accommodating. Our day started at 300am and it was after 1000pm when we arrived. She insisted she gave us clear instructions and the shuttle came 4 times and was upset we were rude to her , which we were not… just frustrated after calling 3 times and no bus. Other than that encounter our stay was fine and would have been given a higher rating.

Our room had a most unpleasant odour when you entered. It smelled of something rotting. We used Lysol many times but the smell did not go away. Finally went to front desk to convey and they came to the room. They agreed it was bad! It could have been mold she said but was unsure. She would have moved rooms but only other room she had smelled of cigarette smoke. She was going to speak to her manager. By morning whatever the odour was had both my sister and I so stuffed up and major allergies. Checking out nothing conveyed from manager to front desk. Never again will I stay!!!!!!

Being near the airport a hotel should anticipate people arriving early. I understand they cannot have room ready until check in but having a place yo secure their luggage is not too much to ask. Especially for $190 a night. Plus we were told we would get a call when our room was ready and we did not and the staff gave me an attitude about it when I was upset. Disappointing stay.

When we checked in, were not given directions to the room and walked in the wrong direction. Room directly across from the eating area and a children's party was going on during the day and cards were being played during the night. Room smelled musty.

The hotel wouldn’t provide the complimentary shuttle from the airport without me providing a cell number.As I didn’t want to incur roaming charges I didn’t want to do that so I ended up having to get a cab. The remote was missing for the tv. TV won’t work without a remote. The night desk clerk was of no help. General cleanliness of room was bad. Toilet leaked. Gone way downhill since we last stayed

Waied almost 2 hr for complementary shuttle from airport..would have gladly paid for Taxi Front desk service was the worst I have ever experienced

No early check in, wouldn’t take bags to store safely so we could for lunch while waiting for the room to be ready. Pool area is small and worn out looking. Room smelled musty. Not worth the cost of $200 a night at all.

Check in didn’t give me any over view of property didn’t even tell me my room Number didn’t give WiFi info, no breakfast info no nothing. There was someone else hair in the restroom and the room smelled terrible.

Couch was very stained and dirty, sheets were also stained. Bathroom floor was dirty, tiles were broken and lifting, mirror was oming off the wall and sink didnt drain proper. Over priced and under a 3 star facility for sure. Wouldnt go back. Staff were kind though.
