Staff is amazing!

Pros: staff - location to airport - pool was very clean
Cons: air conditioner in room
Location: we stayed one night because we had an early flight the next morning so did not get to explore the area
The front desk staff was exception. The check in was super fast. The staff was dressed and handled themselves as if they were working in a 5 star hotel. Very impressed. The room was immaculate. The only problem we had was that the room was a bit hot. I did not notify the hotel while we were there though because we were so exhausted we just wanted to go to sleep.

Clean and Cozy

Professional stuff, the place is clean and taken care of well, nice breakfast, pool, hot tub, my family and i really enjoy staying here.

FAKE PHOTOS WORST EXPERIENCE

This was hands down one of the worst hotels I have every stayed in. I checked in around midnight with a small child, first I was given a dead key, went to front desk where they said they reprogrammed it, tried again still nothing this went on for 3 rounds (stroller and suitcase in tow no help of course) finally they switched the room after about 30 mins of back and forth trying to get in. Once in the room I realized it looked NOTHING like it did in the photos on expedia I called the front desk to ask about this the lady said "the photos on expedia are probably of a different Marriott". Now, I booked a room with a particular layout and they told me that room doesn't exist and all the rooms in the hotel are the same... Funny because the next day I noticed housekeeping cleaning the room type I booked. Again I called front desk they said "you have to call expedia to change it" so I did... Expedia agent called the hotel and was told they are booked out and I can't be moved. Remember the rooms in the photos that I used as a guide to book looked nothing like the actual room! The room I was in had a very basic bathroom with no counter top and crusty tiles and a kitchen with laminate not granite as pictured it had a sofa bed the when opened filled the walking space to get to the bathroom. The closet was also so low my suits touched the ground. On top of the old crusty room with stained carpet the staff were so unaccomadating ! breakfast also finishes at 9.30am.

Cruise vacation

We stayed here the night before our cruise. Great accommodations that included, pick up and drop off from airport and drop off to the cruise port on the day of the sailing, and breakfast buffet were all included in our room rate. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice hotel close to the airport

Pros: The staff and overall cleanliness.
The staff was very accommodating for an early check-in and late check out. They were very helpful with things to do around Fort Lauderdale.

This was a nice, one night stop over between when our flight got into Ft. Lauderdale and when we were rested enough to grab the rental and drive south. Close to food and shopping, decent breakfast, decent pool. The room was clean and comfortable.
