I liked my stay just two things, when I got my room there was a stain on the bottom of the restroom toilet, I told the receptionist and she said she would send someone to clean it but no one came. Also all three days the eggs were runny and breakfast sausage was burnt, and cereal old.

The room was lovely,breakfast was top notch.If i wanted to cook it was more than possible, i have cooktop ,full size refrigerator, microwave,utensils ,cookware etc.

My family and I enjoy the facilities and the convenience of having a stove set up in each room. The rooms were all nicely cleaned. However, the only thing i didn't like was the room cleaning policy of it being cleaned every 7 days. We wasn't to keen about that. Oh, and the washer and dryer amenities is not user-friendly for international guest. Because of our phone number we were unable to receive the codes sent to our phones and that cost us a more than we anticipated for washer. Overall, our stay was and the staff were excellent and very helpful👍 Renicka

The property was okay. Only issue me and family had is washcloths. They ran out of cloths very fast and when we reach. We noticed hair on the bed. The some of the staff was very friendly but Kimanda Heywood was the top friendliest. Everything I wanted and asked her for she always try her best to help me and Mrs. Desarine went out her way to get me what I asked her for. Thanks to you both for the great experience.

Sonesta has too many extra charges. If you order packages it’s now a $10.00 fee per package. The mess up thing about it is some packages do not even value $10.00. Alright.. my charges came up to nearly $200 because they were ship individually. You have to pay for package..like how? why? That is beyond horrible. I would not stay there again. Last but least they dnt straighten up rooms or clean up if you staying less than 7 days.

I was placed in a room on the fourth floor at the very back of the hotel, which was okay until I left my room for dinner only to come back to the elevator not working. I had to walk four flights of stairs with shopping bags and a baby in hand. I don't recall seeing it on the booking site but there is NO cleaning service for rooms booked less than seven days. Once I was told this, i inquired about towels so that I can change the ones in my room, only to be told that there were no face towels available. Upon check-out, I was charged a parking fee. A fee for a hotel at which I am staying is beyond wild to me.

The suite I got was actually better than I had expected. Everything was really clean. I also liked how the hotel is in a nice area and in close proximity to all the places where I wanted to shop. The continental breakfast could use more options but I guess it was okay- it was something hot in your belly to start the day. The only thing I saw as a MAJOR issue was that damn elevator. They really need to get that fixed. Apart from that, I would definitely stay here again. I really enjoyed my stay.

Staff was very friendly and responsive. The suite was clean and well stocked. Only tiny complaints were that the couch was uncomfortable (no support) and the room smelled a smidge like dog (dogs are welcome in this hotel). Otherwise, everything was great!

I had to come to Florida for a week, and this was the best way to do it. Having a full kitchen and living room area made it so comfortable for my bf and I. We were able to do laundry (which my only complaint, since it has an app that forces you to pay $10 at a time even though washer/dryer is advertised at $3 each). Otherwise I loved our specific room, parking was so convenient for it, and I would stay here again.

There was work happening in the vicinity of the elevator and one was out of action, causing queues for the other elevator. One staff member at reception was fabulous, the other appeared rather disinterested. Breakfast was fine, but it was very disappointing to have to use plastic plates and cutlery, creating a huge amount of rubbish.

Dump! Stay away! Reminded me of hotel From 1970’s. The rooms are suites with living room and kitchenette…most people who stay there are construction workers from out of town on long term projects.

Ine of two elevators have been out of order for 2 years. Had to walk down from 4th floor. Remodeling has created very small suites. Husekeeping every 7 days. Breakfast has been downgraded.

The hotel itself is a bit tired and undergoing renovations. The gym was very small and poorly equipped (no smaller weights and several items were broken or missing). They also don’t do housekeeping on the rooms during your stay (just fresh towels on request). The one redeeming feature was the staff. They were very helpful, friendly and courteous.
