Before arriving, since our plan was delayed, the property asked for a picture of my credit card and license. I didn't feel comfortable, Expedia facilitated a call so I could give credit card info over the phone. They still took a picture of my license next day. Upon arrival the code didn't work. Luckily I asked how to reach them after hours and They did give me a code that worked. We had no coffee, no towel in kitchen, no ice anywhere. I was promised they'd bring all (ice tray) at 9am when they opened. I had to ask again at 10am and they finally brought it. It was noisy. One window would' close. There were 6 hangers only. It was very noisy all the time. The third day, I was notified my credit card was hacked. I use Apple Pay, so only this hotel had my card info for the past 3 days. Seemed coincidental. No where is these procedures of pictures for credit cards and licenses disclosed on Expedia. Expedia seemed shocked at first, but when I asked for the information to be disclosed on the website, I was dismissed. Be sure to ask a lot of questions before so you are aware of what you are getting yourself into.
