Beautiful

Our stay was nice although it was 40$ a day for parking but anywhere local you have to pay to park.. there is no hottub in the hotel but there is one at the spa for 25$ a day overall the hotel was clean the staff was excellent and we deffenitly enjoyed our stay!

Good location; close to everything.

Pros: The gym, spa, and Starbucks are the highlight. Amanda is a server on the pool deck and is very attentive to guests.
Cons: Restaurant is dated, food is average, staff isn't great. A sloppy renovation in the south bldg, more umbrellas on pool deck.
Location: Love being able to walk to the public beach, and the bars along the beach front.
The hotel is a short walk to all the restaurants and bars, and is great for those into fitness. The gym is nice, has new equipment and overlooks the water. A bridge connects the hotel to the beach where you can walk a mile down to the fitness park.

The hotel room amenities and service was outstanding however the scenery was a bit depressing. Our window faced a wall, literally. It was not a very welcoming feeling after waking up after the first night.

Waited 4 hours to get our room. Bad pillows . So expensive.

This is the 2nd time at this location on business. We reserved 3 rooms with king size beds and when we arrived we were told there were none available and we were given 3 rooms with double beds and told they were upgrades because we had partial views of the water. On a business trip I'm looking for comfort not views. When we got to the rooms one hadn't even been cleaned and the other had a key that didn't work. The key situation happened at least twice on 2 of the rooms and the trek from the south tower to the lobby isn't a short endeavor and It took several attempts to get anyone at the font desk to respond from the room or house phones.

Hotel next to beach

The hotel is nice, located across the street from the ocean, the rooms are clean, only problem is you either book a king or two double beds. I wish they had two queens or two kings. Two double beds don't work when traveling with teenage kids.

As you mentioned we do only have 1 king bed or 2 double bed guest rooms, but do offer rollway’s as another option. The charge would be $30 per night, and might fit your needs in the future rather than booking a second room. We do hope to have you back again soon.

Excellent hotel for beach vacation

Great room and service in general. Jessica Alvarez at the front desk and Violina K at the poolside bar Waves gave outstanding service and went above and beyond to assist guests. However, the American Heritage Restaurant has an unimaginative menu, the wait staff provide poor service, and the staff is not dressed in a manner consistent with a high end restaurant. The steaks were good, but the rest of the menu was disappointing. In contrast, the poolside restaurant food was outstanding.

Small, moldy, smoky

Pros: It was nice to be near the beach. The breakfast buffet was really good and the service was really good.
Cons: Clean the room better. Ban smoking and only allow vaping.
Location: Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and beach
Our room felt small and smelled smoky and moldy. The double beds were really small and mushy. No firmness whatsoever.
