The staff were quite friendly and helpful. Only one issue we ran out of body wash and requested more, but we didn’t get any before we checked out.

The property is nice. I believe the breakfast should be included because to pay so much for basic breakfast options is a waste of money. Pool is clean and has a nice deck. I didn’t like that my tub wasn’t washed during my 9 day stay. I had to personally clean the tub. Especially since the tub gathers water during your shower and is slow to drain/empty, so a ring was often left around the tub. My bed was super comfy I must say, major plus

Love the Westin beds. Strange room decor. Everything was asymmetrical by design. The door deadbolt kept getting stuck. Shower wasn’t very warm. The shower drained extremely slowly one night. Staff was nice and lobby was nice. Parking was easy.

This property was okay except we asked for service and we never got service to the room, no fresh linen, no towels etc .. we went to the front desk and we watched them call for service to the room, we left to venture out to stores came back still no service, informed them again upon coming back to the room, we watched them call for.service again they said once we come from the pool area it should be taken care of, we were at the pool area for about 2 hours came back to the room still no service. We stop asking for service at this point, we went back to pool area and got 2 towels for the room still no face cloths, room towels. This experience has made us not want to spend any more money with this hotel in the future.

The condition of the room was not up to par. The shower knob fell off, which is the reason why it was so hard to try to get hot water. Dinner food options not what was expected at this level of hotel. Left hotel to get dinner. Ceiling in room was damaged from above and not repaired. Linens on bed were nice and clean. Room was very quiet which was a plus.

The staff was pleasant and was conveniently located near the soccer stadium. My only feedback is our room was run down the headboard was ripped, the toilet paper bar was broken, and the shower didn't appear to turn off completely.

Rooms not clean. Very old and in need of a remodel for the price they charge. Never called to say the room was ready for check in. Beers very expensive at hotel. Stay somewhere else! Can’t believe the quality for a Marriott/Westin!!

Overall the hotel met our needs for a weekend getaway. Check-in was easy…front desk staff were friendly. The lobby had nice decor. However my room had a wet, mildew and/or pet smell. Also, the pillows had an odor. I just stayed the room with Lysol to mask the smell. The room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food at the bar was very good. The pool is too deep in my opinion…not appropriate for younger kids since the shallowest part is 4.2”. Smaller kids hung out in the hot tub because the pool was too deep. The hotel is conveniently located.
