Location, locationPosted Sep 22, 2015
Cons: The complains above.
Location: It's location's toooooooo close to the train.
Please fix the elevator. The location of the hotel is too close to train, I did not get a good night sleep. The sound of the horn woke me several times during the night. Enjoyed the gym, but, please get a new bike. The current bike does not work.

not so goodPosted Sep 21, 2015
Cons: personel could be more personable, clean rooms, offer drinks only if they are quality, have hot water.
Location: only there one day
the hotel had no hot water and we were told we could go somewhere else if we wanted hot water. we came in a cab and could not really go anywhere else, so we were stuck. They offer everyday, everyone free drinks, but they were like watered down soda. when we got to our room there was a strange person hanging around outside, and in the room there was a receipt and a Kleenex still on the floor from the other guest before us.We are very dissatisfied and were told we had to go thru you to get any refund. Thank you

Very comfortable and cleanPosted Sep 2, 2015
Pros: the rooms was very clean
Cons: A better eatery for guess.
Location: It's close to the shopping areas.
My family and I found the hotel to be very comfortable, lots of space and clean. I have one issue its with one of the staff, he was very rude to my son and that made him feel very uncomfortable. i spoke to one of the ladies at the front desk and told her about it but she just apologize and push it to the side as if it was nothing. Other than that its was ok for me but my son didn't want to stay there anymore i had to speak to him and try and make him feel better thank you.

Exterior was filthyPosted Sep 1, 2015
Pros: nothing - very disappointed
Cons: Exterior - clean the hallways, stairways,
Location: industrial area, next to train tracks with loud trains all night long
Our room was not ready but we tried to check in because we had to go to a funeral and wanted to change. We were told they would try to get us in earlier. We never got the phone call until 4PM that our room was ready. What happened to 2:00 check-in? The lobby and rooms weren't bad, but the outer hallways were littered, filthy and smelled like cigarettes. NOT A FAMILY PLACE!

Hide the Flashing Phone!Posted Aug 30, 2015
Pros: See above.
Cons: See above.
Location: There is a Waffle House next door, but the service is terrible. I do not recommend it. The 7-11 is across the street, and open 24 hours.
The room telephone was flashing that I have a message when I arrived, but I eventually learned that I didn't really have a message. Three times I called for maintenance to either tell me how to shut off the flashing light, or for them to come to the room and shut it off themselves. By the third time, they said that all the rooms have flashing message lights, that no one has a message, and that I am the only person that has complained about it. They still didn't fix it, so I just hid it under my bed. Otherwise, the hotel was fine. I actually like the over-the-top neo-classical statues surrounding the hotel, although I could see why some people may feel it doesn't fit in with the 1-95 exit nondescript area. When I checked in late, the woman was not particularly friendly, but everyone else was polite and friendly after then. The check-in lady gave me an upgrade to a suite, but she told me that was only because they ran out of rooms with two double beds. Perhaps she should have first established that I was traveling alone, and then told me that there is good news - that I'm upgraded to a suite. The way she did it was to tell me that I'll have to take the suite, since they could not give me the room I was guaranteed for. Anyway, the fitness room was tiny, the bed sheets in the room did not appear to have been changed during the entire six days, and breakfast was not included. But the pool was excellent, and the wifi was free.

It was a great experience overall. The swimming pool had problems with the pump and I was really a little disappointed that the restaurant at the hotel was closed Sunday thru Thurday! Wow.. So I had to go away each night to eat dinner.

Don't be fooledPosted Aug 27, 2015
Don't be fooled by the online pics. The facility is old and the overall place dirty.
