Excelente prédio mala.atencion

La atención del frontera desk fue mala, la actitud de la mujer que nos hizo el Check-in te hace sentir que te hace el favor. El hotel es bellísimo y super nice, lo están remodelando y todo Cobi excelente gusto. La comida muy buena. El check-inmueble es muy tarde 4pm y el out a las 11, no tienes oportunidad de disfrutar el hotel

Awful renovations going on. Noise was terrible.

Main oool closed. Main outdoor bar closed. Hallways cluttered with construction materials. Reception area temporary. They should just shut down for a month and get it done. Not informed of extent of renovation before booking.

hotel is in major remodel for many months.

Pros: Many things to like but but are closed till remodel is complete

Wasn't told by Hotel was being remodeled?

Pros: the steakhouse
Cons: not being told about the ongoing renovations prior
Location: restaurants, entertainment and beaches
We were at this hotel a few years back and it was amazing. Our visits this time was awful as there's remodeling going on everywhere. Closed common patio that was beautiful, mazes to pool, etc very disappointed

Hotel is under major construction ! We paid $3000

Pros: Nothing at all overpriced and overrated . Under major renovation and staff could care less about inconvenience
Cons: Construction mess everywhere . One pool closed other too crowded
Location: Location is good lots to do in area

Renovations at the hotel

Location: The Hilton hotel, Sands Surf restaurant is great food and reasonable.... the location of the hotel is so convenient, across from the beach
There are major renovations going on.............turning floors into residences so parts of the hotel is closed and a big inconvenience to get to the pool , restaurant etc.. Food at the restaurant and service is terrible, extremely poor service, waited 20 minutes for server to ask us what we wanted after asking for menu and waited 10 minutes for that, they got our simple order wrong........ distaster, avoid it. The rooms are nice but the floors are not clean as they are doing some major reno and changes to the hotel.

It just was not good. Too much under construction. Paper thin walls and not worth the money. Disappointed.

Property under significant renovation

While there appears to be a notice about the renovations posted on Expedia.com, the notice is only visible towards the bottom of the page.  I did not see the notice when I booked the reservation.  Given the extent of the renovations at the property, that notice should be much more prominantly displayed.  I think there should also be a follow up email or phone call made to guests right after a reservation is made to alert guests about the renovation.   More importantly, regardless of any disclosure on Expedia's website, the gallary of photos on Expedia contains images of the hotel lobby and other features of the hotel which misrepresent the current condition of the property. I scrolled through these photos at the time I booked my reservation, and based my reservation on these beautiful photos. I was very disappointed when I arrived at the hotel to learn that the property looked nothing like the images on Expedia. During the renovations, the non-conforming photos should be removed from Expedia and any other booking websites.  In short, I would not have booked at this hotel had the photos reflected the current condition of the property. I do not feel that the current condition of this property justifies the rate charged, which is not competitive with other area hotels that aren't under renovation. Separately, I take issue with a $36.00 daily charge for valet parking when most of the time when I called down for my vehicle, the valet personnel declined to pull the vehicle u

Nice hotel close to the beach

Pros: Outside of the current renovation project, the hotel was wonderful. Steak 954 was amazing. The hotel was very close to the beach and shops/restaurants
I was upset about the lack of notification of the current renovation at my time of stay. The main pool was closed and the construction right outside my hotel room window made it hard to sleep. I was also not able to upgrade to a better Ocean view room due to the construction. I was also upset about not having the option of parking my own car and the unexpected and high cost of the Valet.

In regards to the Wheels valet charges, at $36 per day, our parking prices are in line with all luxury hotels on the beach due to limited available parking. We also have been alerting guests to our $55 million restyle through notes posted on our W Fort Lauderdale website, pre-stay messages, social media and more. Disappointed

This hotel is under construction.. The walk to get to certain restaurants and the pool is ridiculous! Also, the service was terrible.. Breakfast came to the room late and cold..and the maid service didn't replenish clean glasses, or shampoo and soap. On the upside, the staff is amazingly friendly and welcoming. The room was gorgeous and the ocean view was magnificent.. But for the price, I would go elsewhere next time.
