The breakfast buffet was excellent and our table server went above and beyond. He made a great strong coffee and perfect hot chocolate at just the right temperature for the kids. Overall, he was arguably the best server I've had in years in a hotel...great personality too!

My room looked ok! it was spacious as described and the bed was comfortable. My bathroom how ever was dirty. It hair hair all over and asked them to clean it and it was still dirty.My ac unit was loud and stopped working so i asked for them to come fix it which they did. Also don’t like that the rooms don’t come with a microwave and it’s $15 dollars a day to have one in the room. That’s ridiculous in my opinion. Will not stay here again.

It wasn’t the best accommodations that I’ve had but It was ok. The pool wasn’t open due to construction and I was really anticipating spending some time in there for my weekend..outside of that I enjoyed my stay for what It was minus the fact that my room had a lot of broken things in It . ( shower, door to the refrigerator and the microwave. But the staff here was amazing and I appreciate everything that they did to accommodate me 💯💯💪💪

I have stayed here 5 or 6 times in the last 3 weeks as my husband is a patient at NYP Hospital. Cant say enough about the cleanliness, comfort and hospitality - absolutely wonderful. Also loved the restaurant - A nice bar and restaurant with an affordable Bar menu and a menu with more expensive options. Everything I had was delicious and the service was excellent. This has made a difficult time so much easier for me and my family.

The property was super clean and the staff was very nice. They did have problems with the water, but that wasn’t under their control, so I scratch that off. The restaurant kitchen opens late, which is a bummer. The gift shop, that has snacks and such, seemed to always be closed. Other than that, I would have given it 5 stars.
