The property was nice the room was excellent. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars is this property now charges you 20 per night to park . That is absolutely ridiculous. The parking lot is an open lot why the fee?

They charge you to park your car at this hotel. I feel this is absolutely ridiculous since there is no other choice for you to park. Who goes to a hotel and pays to have your car in their lot? I have been to many different hotels and never had to pay to park at the facility. They have you at a disadvantage since what other choice do you have? Who goes to a hotel and doesn't have a car? Very disappointed with this policy.

The pool is indoor located in the middle of the hotel and all the levels of rooms surround the pool. The chlorine from the pool seeps into the rooms and is very strong. I was getting nauseous and made it very hard to sleep.

Stayed one night for a nice chunk of change but it really should of been the price of the Motel6. You could hear every single door slam LOUD in the hallway to the point where it wakes you up out of your sleep. The faucet in the bathroom the water was coming out foggy with some kind of white color in it, pretty disgusting for people to brush their teeth in. The toilet looked like a toilet in the mall that you used your foot to flush because it's disgustingly dirty, like what happened to normal toilet seat at a hotel? The bed, was hard as a rock. The front desk was zero help. You would think the Marriott would take better care of their customers. I expressed this to the front desk and the guy just looked at me and had nothing to say. Prisoners sleep better.

Disappointing Stay: Waste of $150 & family time
We stay at the Marriott from December 24th to 25th, booked for over $150. Despite an impressive lobby, Room 257 on the 2nd floor was in an old building, lacking an elevator. The room, reminiscent of 2015, needed extensive repairs. Issues included a malfunctioning A/C, costly Wi-Fi ($12/day), and a cold swimming pool with no assistance available. The indoor pool's humidity made the air uncomfortable. Despite planning to check out after breakfast, we left at 4:00 am due to poor air quality. Having stayed in over 15 Marriotts across five countries, this was the worst experience. I may consider Marriott again but not at this location until the new building is complete. The stay was a letdown for my family.

Booked hotel just because of indoor pool. Pool was freezing. Complained to the hotel team, they promised to turn on heat but nothing happened. Expedia team wasn't helping either saying contact directly a hotel staff. I had two nights booked on separate reservations and couldn't change or cancel it. If water is cold like in seasonal pool stop advertising heated pool.

Told about hotel being refurbished with minimal time to book elsewhere. Hotel room was poor and in dire need of refurbishment. The sink tap leaked when turned on whether using the hot or cold tap. The room decor was shabby and very tired.There was no hair dryer or door courtesy card in the room. The noise from the plant machinery outside the bedroom window was intrusive. Breakfast was included in the room rate, this was mediocre at best and the service was poor. On the positive side the fitness centre and pool area were good, Pablo, the bar tender was efficient and pleasant. The bar food was good. This hotel falls below the usual Marriott standard and was therefore disappointing. Room for improvement at this hotel.

It's a very old Marriott inside that desperately needs to be redone. For $250 a night and you expect something halfway decent. They charge you for internet and they charge you for parking and then the room is crummy. Not a great experience.

Don’t start here! It’s nasty!
Worse , dirty, false advertising their hotel pics! Our first room was nasty, smelling bad bad, then they switch us to another room the heating didn’t work we slept with our clothed one. 2 of kids got sick. The gym is nasty and most of the equipment didn’t work! I will never ever ever stay at this hotel

The renovations underway significantly impacted the air quality in our room (7th floor) as well as hallways, etc. Doors leading from 7th floor rooms into hallways appeared to all stick; this required aggressive slamming to actually lock them, which of course meant extremely loud bangs were frequently heard throughout the night! Also, the additional cost for parking in an open, unsecured lot seemed unnecessary.

While the outside of the property looked beautiful during the evening, the inside was a different story. The elevators were completely old, creek, and at one point I wasn’t sure if I were going to get stuck. Once I got to my room, I walked in and the entire room smelled like dirty feet and stayed that way the entire time.
