Hotel was bad, staff was worse!

Traveling with my 80 year old grandmother and 2 kids. Manager was a complete jerk. Sink wouldn't drain, AC didn't work, walls were not all the way painted, did not have real bed pillows. Would be willing to overlook a lot, after all, it IS a motel, but because the manager was so unbelievably rude and unreasonable, I just couldn't let the other crappy elements go unnoticed.

Pros: Clean and new.
Cons: Needs no improvement.
Location: Nearby places to eat. Easy to find.
Hotel was clean and had fair prices. Breakfast was standard.

Bathroom need some real cleaning

Pros: Updated floorcoverings, Breakfast was pretty good.
Cons: cleanliness
Location: Only about 20 minutes from Historic Old Nauvoo
The room had been updated with new carpet and tile, nice tv and new couch. The furniture was kinda old and didn't match. The bed was beginning to show obvious indentations. The thing that really bothered me was that the front of the toilet pedestal was covered in old urine like it hadn't been wiped down in a long time. Also there were human hairs stuck to the wall in the bathroom

Bathroom floor was filthy and would recommend larger pillows to at least a standard size.

Hotel was just ok..a little run down. Smelled weird. Not very clean. Manager not very friendly.

I wanted to love it, but that place is just to ol

I want to give this place a high rating,.... But, well I can't. The one person, who seemed to be doing everything, the only person I saw in 4 days, was nice, polite and provided great service. And the rest,... The pillows were like 1/4 sized, barely big enough for my 3 year old, half the light switches and outlets had tape over them, bright orange tape, which only attracts 3 year olds eyes. The AC worked good! This building is so old that if someone up stairs on the other side of the building closed there door it would shake yours. The peep hole was stuffed with newspaper.

The lobby and hallways were not, no air conditioning in them. Not comfortable to go down to eat breakfast.
