perfect for family with kids. my daugther loves the pool and waterslide as well as the steam bath. The room are very nice and clean.

Cable

This the year 2018 and the cable was from the 90's. Having to watch it go up on the screen to see what was on.

Horrible experience, my flight was changed and i no longer need the room i reserved, and was not in cell phone range to cancel it in time. The hotel charged me anyway despite me explaining my sutuation. Terrible customer service.

Easy access to airport and downtown

Had a good stay. A few little problems with the room (heat, bathtub etc) but they were quickly rectified .

Fort McMurray once again.

Cons: I suggest more inviting furniture for sitting in. Those black leatherette chairs should be changed out for a a couple of large comfy chairs.
I travel extensively in Canada for Business. I had visited this facility a number of times before the fire of 2016. This was my first time back and I found the room cold in regards to atmosphere. Black leatherette furniture, cold to sit on and no arms on the chairs. Just cold and uninviting. AC/Heater made a lot of noise and the tech was unable to solve the problem. The restaurant was not open which makes for a long day when your out working all day and have to go out for a meal. I won't be back.

We will review the conditions of your room with the management to ensure all guest rooms are up to Radisson Hotels standards. Maintenance team is working on the noise of the AC/Heater. Rest assured we are continuously working diligently in keeping our Hotel best shape possible. The Prime Restaurant is on full swing renovation now and we are hoping to have it open this summer, and due to Restaurant closure we offer Complimentary breakfast and shuttle to downtown restaurants. My usual hotel didn't have any vacancy so booked here for the first time. Quiet. Clean. Friendly professional staff. Newer decor.
