Horrible staff. Don't stay here.

I only do reviews when my experience was either absolutely atrocious or incredible. This was horrible. I reserved two rooms and booked one through Expedia (three rooms total). I needed a large king room with the sofa bed to fit three of my friends. That room was selling out fast online so I opted to book it immediately, have my card be charged, and not worry about it not being available. If something had happened to the other two normal king suites, I wouldn't have been too upset. But I NEEDED this room to be booked. Anyway, low and behold, I check into the hotel and the front desk lady hardly seemed to be awake/alert or to care about her job. She told me the largest king suite that I booked had been booked "or something" by someone else and didn't really know. I began to tell her I had already been charged for it and needed that room, but she interrupted me and said "yeah, ok, so the other two rooms you have reserved... I can do one king and a room with two queen beds." Completely disregarded the fact that I had already spent money, and the fact that I had reserved two king suites. I have been raised not to make a scene, so I paid for the two rooms and went upstairs. My boyfriend immediately got on the phone with Expedia to try and remedy the problem. I got the nicest, most wonderful Expedia agent. Long story short, he was put on hold by the front desk lady for nearly an hour total, refunded my money, and gave me a coupon for future use on Expedia.
