Nice hotel, close to Carowins Amusement Park

Cons: The pool could be bigger. A bit too small for the size of the hotel.
Hotel staff was very nice. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast they served was very good. Over all a good experience.

Dirty Hotel

Location: Carowinds was right across the street
We lost hot water 3 times during our stay. 'Nuf said

Nice hotel- but it took 40 minutes to check in because of problems with Expedia's credit card.

We woke up to find ants all in our room, including in our bed. We reported the ants and they said they sprayed while we were gone. We got back late & found more ants when we awoke the next morning. Location of room was horrible. The room door was literally 3 feet from the elevator door so you heard people all night long. The bathroom was very tiny. There was only a lamp for light at the only mirror in the room. Location was great for Carowinds trip. Breakfast choices were minimal.

Good location across from Carowinds.

Staff was friendly. Took care of anything we need. We enjoyed daily breakfast. Coffee keep fresh all day was very nice. Room was clean. Hallway did have a smell. Pool area was very dirty. But overall we enjoyed our week stay. Thank you

T Hotel was in a shambles.

Pros: location to RT 77
Cons: Don't open when in the middle of moving in.
This Hotel was in process of being taken over from Sleep in. Very Messy. After driving and not inviting at all. After driving for 11 hours to tired to start looking for another room. Very disappointing

Hotel was conveniently located but in the process of remodeling. Room only had two spotlights which was inadequate.

Hotel was in heavy renovation dis t think it was ready for guest just yet!! But it will be nice when done!!!
