Great Experience

I Loved My Stay Here And I Would Have Never Normally Stayed At A Best Western But The Rate Was Really So I Booked It. The Woman That Checked Me In Damaris Was So Awesome And Soooo Super Nice It Was Unbelievable. Although I Loved My Stay My Only Take Away From The Greatness Is The Style/Make Up Of The Bathroom.. It Wasn't Very User Friendly.... It Totally Needs To Be Revised To Accommodate Total Usage Of The Bathroom With The Door Opened Or Closed.

Air conditioner very noisy could not shut it off. Not much sleep that night.

Near all the stuff

5 minutes from the airport with plenty of restaurants and shopping on the main strip. About a half hour north or south takes you to many beaches, restaurants and activities so a good location. Hotel breakfast was decent. Coffee always fresh and hot. Comfy beds with soft sheets and big towels. Pool was clean. Hot tub was very cold. Stafff were great. For a 3.5 star hotel I'd stay again.

Ran out of Breakfast food

At 8:45 the breakfast food was mostly gone except for cereal

Close to airport. Decent breakfast.

Good location to highway and airport. Friendly day staff. Decent breakfast, terrible Folgers coffee but Dunkin and Starbucks across street. Rooms not as clean as if like, bathroom in particular, toilet backed up. Called front desk to have toilet looked at and an earlier room cleaning, neither was done. Shampoo, conditioner containers didn't work and entire hotel was out of bodywash. 1st night woke up to party slamming cabinets at 3 am above me. Not sure I would recommend long term, just quick stay for airport.

Pros: Location - it was right where I needed to be.
Cons: More attention to detail.
Nothing glares out as being wrong. The attention to detail is missing. E.g. Three weeks after daylight savings time began, the clock in the breakfast area still showing standard. Ice machine on third floor has not been operational for a while-all bone dry. Felt like entire staff did their job to the letter, nothing extra, unless asked.

Great Hotel

The staff was very friendly and accommodating- shuttle service was handy as we didn’t have a car there . Breakfast was delicious and had coffee and tea and fruit available all the time . Would definitely go back , hopefully stay a little longer . Glad they recommended it !

Not worth the price!

Needs a good update. There was a hole in the bathroom wall, and very old and dated. Smelled funny from whatever "freshener" they use. Staff was friendly, no problem with that, just not as nice as expected for the price we paid.
