My wife and I have stayed here 3 times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are apartment like ,a small kitchen. Always clean.

The tub was dirty with sand on arrival - since we only spent a single night we didn’t see a need to make a big deal of it. The card key system seemed broken and took a few minutes every time we tried entering our room. The property was located adjacent to a high school, and wasn’t walkable to anything significant for our family. I’d likely explore other lodging options in the future.

The room has been recently redone. However the door sweep drags when entering. The lobby is not ginished, and they have 2 large air freshners with heavy overbaring scents. I nearly canceled due to allergies to scents. But the room was ok.

First room smelled like cat urine and mildew, mattress severly stained, main level under renovation, changed rooms and smelled better but the keypad on door didn’t work and then had to slam the door really hard to get the door to close.

My Experience was very excellent and The front desk lady in the Am was so polite and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable due to the situation that accrue at checking in to my room. The housekeeping Supervisor was awesome as well she went above and beyond to fix the issue and I’m so thankful for those to lady’s.

Beautiful property! Clean and comfortable, yes a little construction from Ian but it did not disturb my stay. Only reason 4 instead of 5 stars is the pool location, only one corner is in the sun for a few hours mid morning. Then it is in the shade ….

The staff is amazingly friendly and kind. This hotel is undergoing renovations after the hurricane, but rooms are well maintained and you have everything you need except the gym area.

Upon checking in I discovered the hotel is still very much un-repaired from the hurricane. The bottom half of all walls on the first floor appears to be just plastic sheets. The hallways upstairs are very warm and smell strongly of urine. I was told by the girl checking me in that I could have a 1pm checkout. At 10:30 I discovered that was not true. The “general manager” at the front desk seemed to have no clue which of her staff members worked the night before that would have told me I could check out at 1pm. She “graciously” gave me a whole 30 minutes to get out, an hour and a half shy of what I was told the night before. Despite being a rewards member with them she would not allow me any later of a checkout than 30 minutes, again, despite what her employee told me the night before. Save your money, stay somewhere that has decent customer service and is worth even the “discounted” rate per night.
