So many good things about this property. It’s right on the beach. Staff was courteous and friendly. I believe these are individually owned condos and some of them just need a little cosmetic maintenance.

The staff was friendly but the place is dated. The toilet tank wouldn't refill without lifting the lid and nudging the float. Beach access was nice and most things were well kept. It's just an older property and needs some upgrades.

Casa Playa met all of my expectation. Having said that we could not control the tropical storm our last day but 2 out of 3 sunny days is not too bad!!
