Highly rated, Full service Spa at Sanibel Harbour, a short walk away on the Resort grounds, is open to the public. Good selection of restaurants are also within walking distance on the Resort grounds. A walking/jogging trail winds through the lush, tropical setting of these well maintained resort grounds.

The next door marina offers boat and other watercraft/ kayak /paddle board/wave-runner rentals. The fishing pier is ideal for casting a line or for just a stroll. A luxury dinner/brunch yacht cruise is available on site - advance reservation is highly suggested

The glass dining table comfortably seats six. The living room sofa (queensize sleeper sofa) and love seat are well positioned for tv viewing and taking in the water views. A comfortable chair sits off in the far corner for a quiet reading. For a bit if dedicated working space, there is a desk that can easily be positioned in this quiet corner or one of the bedrooms (as a guest may prefer)

The master bedroom (with king size bed - new mattress installed in 2019) has sliding glass doors which leads to the front lanai terrace. Bedroom has wall-mounted flat screen tv. En-suite bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and plenty of closet and draw space makes for a comfortable stay.

The second bedroom has a 2 twin beds (new beds & mattresses installed in 2019) television and large closet.

The second bathroom includes a full bathtub/show as the living room sofa pulls out to a queen size bed. New living room furniture including new sleeper sofa were installed in 2019. On- site management team oversee this property. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed per condominium rules.
