Horrible Staff

The towels are scratchy and all the furniture, which is minimal, was purchased at Walmart. The tv is on a coffee table and is so much lower than the beds it was hard to watch. The worst part was that the fridge was so cold it froze everything we put in there, including all the insulin I brought on the trip. I need insulin to live and it cannot be used after it has been frozen. When I informed the staff that their fridge had ruined $600 of a necessary medication, they did absolutely nothing. I spend most of the next day trying to replace the medication.

This motel was a dive.

Pros: Leaving.
Cons: Everything.
Location: Location was fine, plenty to do. It was the motel that was bad.
Upon first arrival there was a musty odor in the entrance. That same odor was in the room. Cleanliness was not next to Godliness in this place. Couldn't wait to get out of there. I would never recommend this place to anyone I liked.

Rundown hotel

We were very disappointed in this hotel. We stayed at this chain of hotels previously and were always satisfied. The outside appearance was old and appeared not kept up. As an example, almost every door had blisters in the paint that appears as bubbles. They were doing some renovations and all the old bathtubs were out in the walkways. The room we had was old and tired. We had to wear socks to walk around. The chair for the desk was broken and had stains in it. I asked the front desk to replace it and it was never done. I asked the front desk if they could clean the carpets and this was never done. The woman at the front desk was very polite and apologized, but what is this worth if its not followed up by action. They breakfast consisted of some toast and coffee. They had a waffle machine but no batter to make waffles. There were wires hanging down from the ceiling in a corner in the breakfast area. They have a Tiki bar in the back of the property. ( you have to drive thru property to exit hotel) When we arrived Thursday morning at 1 AM there were plenty of loud parting going on. ( Our flight was delayed a few hours) I could go on but why. I would not recommend this hotel
