Staff was fine, cleanliness was okay (I found a floss pick on floor upon move in, and toiletries were not provided until requested room clean. ) Very disappointed that we were never informed when booked that the pool would not be available, undergoing repairs. Would not have booked a room there. Did not become aware until saw a small sign at desk upon check in. Would not stay again
