Staff was wonderful... place not so much

Tv didn’t work. Told desk & they promised to fix. Left for the day, came back after 4:00 tv not fixed & room not made up. Had to change rooms. Maid service at door all 3 mornings at8:30 am staff was very polite & tried hard to please.

Awful experience

Everything was grimy and reaked. The facility just made you feel dirty. No sheets on one bed, stains on everything else.

Nice and clean

I didn’t stay there- beer all over floor, prostitutes hanging around outside room- I left

front desk people have no customer service

Pros: nothing
Cons: no idea I did not like everything
I have never experience such horrible customer service in my entire life. I am a world traveler.

Great stay

Everything was great, from the guy at the front desk in the evening, the the janitorial staff un the morning.

Worse hotel I have stayed at

Heat did not work.tv remote did not work. Checked in and out through window. Sign outside did not light up drove past. Furniture was falling apart.

Not aging well.

This hotel is pretty old the roof is cracking it has a smell of mold and you can hear everything that the person above you is doing or if anyone in the block flashes a toilet

Dirty hotel do not stay at.

Dirty. Blood on the sheets, and walls. I dont think they clean or vacuum at all.
