great hotel which is convenient to I75

Was a one night stop-over. Room was fully equipped, quiet, and with a comfortable bed. The only fault was that there was a lock of a women's hair stuck on the shower wall from a previous visitor.

Nice, close to ball parks and airport and resturan

Pros: Location, breakfast and staff
Cons: More seating for breakfast, carpeting could be cleaned more regularly.
Location: Close to ball parks, shopping and returants.
Nice breakast, short on seating and slow with the coffee. They were constantly out of pool towels, they would replenish when asked but I don't feel that is my responsability.

Spring break 2017.

This is a wonderful hotel if you don't mind driving to other locations and like to explore. My college daughter and I were pleased staying there over her spring break. Quiet place, staff, pool, and the breakfast was wonderful. The distance to Fort Myers beach is about an hour and 15 mins because of the traffic. Sanibel is about the same. Naples and Lovers Key beach is much closer (I recommend going there). We ventured out everyday & were happy to sit by the pool after driving. Rsw airport is close by, which was nice.

It was on ok, had to ask for clean sheets right when we got there and, the bathroom door handle was broken.

Pros: Everything, among the best I've been to.

The desk staff kept disappearing. Had phones off

Terrible staff. Disappeared into back room. We actually waited until I knocked on back food where I assumed they were. Then they disappeared again. There was a soccer convention and at least 30 people waiting in line at the front desk to speak to the receptionist or bell staff but no one came forward for at least an hour. It was horrific trying to get a receptionist to answer the phone or even serve us. When we tried to order she told us to please go up to the room and place the order by telephone and then come down and get it but the phone was busy -- when we went downstairs, she was nowhere to be found again. What an awful way to run a hotel!

1st day of arrival not even greated just handed the keys, next day went to breakfast had to wait around for the breakfast attendant to decide to bring out more food and on top of that was rude...coffee was horrible you're better off going out for breakfast.called front desk due to problem with WiFi connection the girl at the desk said Mike was going to help never showed up had to go to the front desk the next day to ask again. We stayed 9 nights bed was never changed even though I went to the front desk and requested to be changed....housekeeping only changed towels and took out trash no dusting (yup 9 nights) on our 6th day we went to shower no hot water or water pressure they couldn't even bother to tell guest they were having issues with plumming...asked to speak to Jill the GM was never available...

Large rooms but miserable staff

Hotel room is large, great for 4+, cleaning staff did minimal cleaning, we declined service on xmas & boxing day, no folding of blankets, no fresh towels until after 6 PM. Pool towels were non existent - bought our own!. Kitchen staff were miserable. Front Desk/Bar staff weren't much better. Other guests agreed and it was decided Management was to blame. Please take note Hyatt!!!! Those people HATED coming into work each day. Horrible work place.
