The view from the balcony was excellent. Overall, my daughter and I had a pleasant week together in Florida. We did, however, have some concerns.
We were disappointed with some of the amenities in the condo. The kitchen utensils, pans, dishware, and cupboard space left a great deal to be desired.
The dining room and living room furniture need an upgrade. There was minimal dresser space.
The pool was clean, had enough lounge chairs (although we were there off-season), and the water was a comfortable temperature.
The elevators were both out of commission at the same time for 6 to 8 hours during one day. Our condo was on the 10th floor, and we therefore needed to do 10 flights of stairs to go anywhere. This was particularly inconvenient for residents caught at the pool, particularly families who had small children, and others who needed to get out of the sun, eat lunch, take a nap, etc.
The restaurant adjacent to the condo, Flippers, had excellent food. It was quite pricey, and they did not deliver. The two entities weren't not linked, I think the option of the food plan would be interesting.
The advertisement for the condo described an eight minute walk to the beach. It was more like a five minute drive to the beach, parking, entry fee to the park, and not much of the beach, and driving back in wet swimsuits.
