The second level features a living room and kitchen on the left side and two detached bedrooms on the right side, both of which feature private entrances in the front of the house and can be accessed independently of the main house (great for teens or kids). Both the bedrooms and living room/kitchen have exceptional views of Roosevelt channel and exit out onto back patio with stairs leading down to pool. The third level of this home features three bedrooms, including the master bedroom, all of which feature fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Roosevelt Channel. Homes on Captiva Drive are extremely unique and few and far between, with only a handful of homes existing on this prestigious avenue. It is directly on Turner Beach/Blind Pass, and occupies over an acre of beach to bay property.

Getting Around:
Uber can bring guests to the home from RSW airport.
