Paid extra for deluxe pool king- got a view of a wall. The bed cover is dirty, there’s hair in the bath and zero water pressure. Has a horrendous odor and the ac is really loud. For $200 you would expect better despite Naples prices. Not even a 1 star hotel and the staff is really rude. When I complained about seeing a wall despite paying for a pool view and not getting a receipt for $50 they charged as a deposit, she said I could leave but wouldn’t give me a refund. So I stayed and just got bit by some kind of insect. Praying it’s a just a flea and not bedbugs.

Because of the false advertising of this site byExpedia, our trip was less than perfect. We didn’t plan on having a car and booked this hotel because the advertising said there was a cheeki pool bar. There was an old cheeki that was used to serve breakfast. Now we had to go out to eat and drink. You need to update your ads. This cost much more because we had to use taxis and Uber.

This is an old property that has had some cosmetic updates, but it still retains features from the 70’s. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There is a pool and a they do provide a simple continental style breakfast. Considering that most other hotels in the immediate area are going for double (or more) than this place, for budget minded travelers, this is a good facility.

I likwle the easy accessibility of dining and shopping however the Inn was ot up to my liking i have been to many hotels anr A few Inns but Naples Inn beat the worst out there. The beds were so uncomfortable it pained myself and my wife's back. I wouls have to leave early ;if i booked a week.

This is an old 2 story motel that has been renovated. It is clean and seems to be well cared for. There are no elevators so if your room is on the 2nd floor you will be carrying your luggage upstairs. All properties in Naples are overpriced and this is no exception.

A great find, perfect place & location. If it was warmer would have hung out & used the pool. Pretty area. Definitely stay again. Clean , great bed & so much parking. Good value. Grounds were very well kept up. Continental breakfast was sufficient. Lovely front desk staff!

Positive: Beautiful pool area and outside of hotel has an appealing nautical/tropical design Room was clean and bed comfortable. Very basic amenities. Negative: Bolt lock on door was broken, TV had to be serviced to work properly, and 3:00 pm check in was delayed 30 min. Air conditioning unit very loud when on and I could hear everything in the connecting room next door. (earplugs were a great help)

Great for a group event over a weekend. Lots of quick dinning and shopping options in walking distance. The staff was very responsive. The only toiletries provided are soap and shampoo (no hair conditioner or lotion) so pack accordingly.

We thought the breakfast should have had fruit and yogurt, as well as the other basic items. The bath is extremely small and the water pressure is so low we could not shampoo our long hair. Nowhere to hang a towel in the bathroom not even a hook on the door. no tissues. Oh well, how are he?/air is blocked by a table which you have to crawl under to push the buttons or move the table. It was clean and good location. It was quiet except for room 127 can hear ice machine on first floor.

Although this is not a new cutting edge hotel, the staff was super friendly, grounds were beautifully landscaped and immaculate, area was great with plenty of stores and restaurants, the room was clean, the bed was great and the price was the best around. Would most definitely recommend this hotel.

This was a nice place to stay. It's not a fancy or run down place. It could use some updates inside the rooms, the bathroom door wouldn't close completely and the water pressure in the sink was low. My Internet service was weak inside the room but they do offer free wifi. The breakfast was high carbs and no meat. The protein was boiled eggs. It would be nice to incorporate some bacon, ham, or sausage to the menu. The location is within 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, mall, downtown, beaches, etc. I would definitely stay here again.
