Hello Andrea – Please accept our apologies for the experience you had and if our efforts to make it right were not satisfactory. During your stay, our area was under a Tropical Storm Warning and notices were posted around the property to communicate this. We did in fact experience these types of weather conditions and a nearby transformer lost power causing our property to also lose power during the overnight through the early morning hours. A backup generator is in place; however, our team is continuing to research why it experienced issues during this weather event.
