Was older building but was comfortable. Ac and bed could be better but for the price was fair. Pool and beach right across the street. Less than 10 minute walk to times Square shopping and food

Nice place to stay that allowed the same experience as the hotel with the added benefit of having a kitchen. Normal wear and tear of the room. Felt very secure and the staff was on top of making sure you had a great experience.
