Cons: Get comfortable beds.
Location: The middle of the street was under construction and had to do alot of u turns going and coming.
The staff when we arrived were awesome in what they do. However, when we got across the street to the bayside and into the room, we were disappointed by the window unit only blowing in the entry room and then on the other side of the wall was were the bed was to sleep. No circulation what so ever. Bed was as hard as sleeping on the floor. Glad we only stayed one night.

THESE TWO HOTELS, THE BAY INN AND THEN THE LANI KA

Pros: THE FOOD , THE ROOF TOP RESTAURANTS. THE PRICES WERE REASONABLE.
Cons: THE HELP, SOME OF THEM ARE SCARY. ONE GUY WAS TATTOO'S HEAD,NECK, ARMS. A REAL WORK OF ART. THE REST LOOK WILD. LOOKS DANGEROUS, WILD KIDS LIKE IT.
Location: BEACH WAS THE BEST PART. WHITE SAND, THE PIER IS NEAR, FISHING, BOATING. HOTEL ROOMS AREN'T CHEAP, 230.00 AND UP TO MUCH FOR A CONEY ISLAND RESORT.
I STAYED AT THE BAY INN. NOT TO GOOD, ACROSS THE STREET ALOT OF KIDS. NOISE JUMPING, SHOUTING OUTSIDE. DRINKING, I DIDN'T WANT TO GO OUTSIDE AND SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON. NOT LOOKING FOR TROUBLE . WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN, MAYBE THE LANI KAI ON THE BEACH, MORE SECURITY AND A VIEW.

Party hotel for sure. I didn't like the tile floors and the fact that the bay inn is across the street from the actual main hotel makes it inconvenient to check in and out expecially early in the morning

I have nothing bad to say about the stay other than it was overpriced. But would stay again.

Rooms need to be updated Window unit in living area not in bedroom but it was very clean

Close to beach

Three day/two night visit to handle business. Served purpose very well for what I needed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good place for breakfast. Didn't try any other meals. Would use again and recommend to others.

We were kept awake until after mid-night with a party going on in next room,,reported to ,nothing was resolved The tub water was not hot for showers Staff was not concerned with our problems,,would never stay there again

Won't be back. Dirty. Take old furniture out . Gross wouldn't even touch it. Total spring break place.
