Very nice and clean rooms. Guest services was always available to answer any questions we had. Only down fall was the pool wasn’t very big and there wasn’t a lot of seating. A family of 8 could take up half the area and they did during our time. Thankfully we were able to bring extra chairs into the pool area.

We rented the coconut, floating cottage. It was absolutely horrendous, dangerous, and someone is going to get extremely hurt. The ladder to the boat all the screws, except for one had pulled out, so you almost fell into the water. The gap between the boat, and the dock is about 2 feet somewhat could fall in and be killed. You have to jump onto the boat. The boat does not have a regular Bathroom. It has a head a very small camping toilet, and a handheld shower. There was dirt and grime everywhere. For two days, it smelled like poop. The most horrendous smell due to the fact that you’re on a boat and they must just empty, right into the water or hold it in the tank. The boat also lists which means it is angled by approximately 10° I know because I measured with a level. So everything rolls to one side and you have to walk sideways. None of the lights had working lightbulbs. There’s no security we had to jump onto our boat one night because somehow it got locked. There’s no people there. I cannot believe they allow this place to be open. The police should be called.

It’s a good stay if you’re just a passerby traveler. The picture’s misguided and waterfront is not a beach it’s a canal to be exactly.The beach is about 5 minute’s driving.The rooms are nicely decorated in a Beach theme. Very easy to check in and check out

It was a great day at the property. One thing, I wish could be better and next time, we know it's a pursuing on the bottom floor the noise drive was so easy and you can hear everything above your head, so I would tell everyone who stays there to please if it's 1 night that's fine but if it's for a week or 5 days like us getting seniors. Everybody above you sounds like they are elephant. Walker, it's very noisy. And the only way to get away from that is to take the upstairs apart or roother than that. I would say the little things that's very important. You should have a broom and a dust pack very important, especially when you're going to the beach. They should have one in every room. Otherwise you have to bug the room service. People which I think is silly. And I also believe that they should have a toaster. I never heard after all girl. You need to make your breakfast if you're staying for a long time. Other than that, the girl that I kept talking to was fantastic. The gentleman that I talked to was okay. Thank you. We hope to come back soon.

This place is so stinkin cute! Very retro, camp, and kitsch in all the best ways! You can lounge by the pool, hang out by the Tiki Bar, sign out a bike or a kayak. Great place to unplug, relax, and enjoy a simpler time.

The property has a nice backyard with docks on the canal and the pool and the breakfast area are quite quaint and unique. The breakfast itself was average continental style. My room had a problem where there was water on the floor under the air conditioner, which is next to the right side of the bed. Quite slippery and dangerous and who would want to climb into bed with wet feet? If that was fixed I would give this a five star rating.

Hospitality staff wasn't very friendly and seemed like visitors were a bother. The only person that was nice and helped us was E and the room cleaners. I wouldn't stay at this property again.

This is a basic motel but they have done a good job with the outdoors area- very welcoming. There is a pool and it’s right on a canal. They had paddle boards and kayaks to use. The music outside started before 8 and there is a lot of road noise.

Was only in town catching up with family so did not get to enjoy the property as much as it offered. But it was clean, nice size rooms, conveniences of breakfast and a very cozy outdoor area! Could easily stay there for a week and be happy!

Nice, casual, beach vibe. Good size rooms, comfortable beds. In really good shape considering the devistation from a year and a half ago. Multiple properties made it confusing - started at the wrong location. Perhaps different names for each property would help. Need "Do Not Disturb" signs. Was bothered 4 times before our check out time and twice knocking and immediately opening the door without allowing for time to respond! This (and the location confusion) is why only 4 stars, instead of 5.

The restaurant next was good. The room was very basic, definitely overpriced. The shower head is really low with very low/little water pressure. The breakfast was ok. The staff was super nice though and the bed was comfortable (if you like a soft bed). If you are there to fish or go to the beach it would be a good place with kayaks and bikes.

Older hotel, but clean.and comfortable. Very nice areas to sit outside. My boyfriend saw dolphins swimming in the canal. Pretty awesome! Also nice to have a bike or kayak to use for free. Really enjoyed our stay.

I was only at the property for one night but early check in (for a fee) enabled me to walk to the beach then walk the beach w stop for a cold drink then back to hotel. I wish I had booked a second night to take advantage of the bikes and kayaks.

One thin blanket per bed, outside temperature 56. Heater didn't work and mini split had no remote. Not sure if it was functional. There is no staff in the evening to ask for more blankets. No bottled water. Breakfast supposed to be included, but doesn't start till 8:30am. Close to Ferry to Key West which is why we stayed here. But you have to leave the hotel at 7am to catch the ferry by 7:30am, so no breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is very nice even being an older hotel. It’s kept up well. The restaurant bar next door was good and super convenient. Canal Views were nice. The beds have average comfort. But the cleanliness totally makes up for being average. The only complaint is we missed breakfast because it didn’t start until later morning. We needed to be up and going by 8am. Looked like a nice place to have eaten. Wish it would have been started earlier.
