I refunded my money but was never given the refund . I was travelling and needed a place to stay but never went due to poor customer service and requested a refund and haven’t received it yet
The manager was attentive to our needs and changed our room to the first floor so we didn't have to carry all the things on the luggage cart. We greatly appreciated helping us in this way!
The property needs unkept, never got the deal that was advertised, place was dirty.

Thank you for your concerns, our staff were made aware of your experience.We have tables with umbrellas in the front lounge area of our property,as well as in our large pool area, so that our guests feel welcome to hang outside on our large property.We have smoking and non-smoking rooms here on this property.Our WIFI is having technical issues at this moment, for the reason of it not available at check-in (Usually, we give out the WIFI password for All of our guests' Convenience). Right now, our hotel does not serve breakfast but only coffee from 6AM till 10AM. We are constantly improving for our future guest stays, here at the Rodeway Inn! The staff here at Rodeway Inn appreciated your stay here with us. Thank you, Management.

Needed to use excessive strength to turn the shower on, But look like it was recently remodeled in the bathroom. They did not give me a WI.Fi code so I ended up just using my phone's hotspot rather than going back down to the desk. no breakfast but I don't remember if it said it had it or not. Needs plugs bedside to charge phones/laptop etc.

The staff here is amazing! Everyone is super nice and very accommodating. The area is known for a lot of homelessness so occasionally if ur a night owl like me, you’ll see one or two trying to sleep in laundry room or under the stairs. All in all my experiences here are all in good standing. I know I’ll be back again soon and I’m looking forward to it and truthfully if it wasn’t for the amazing souls who work here especially the front desk I wouldn’t be coming back but because they are all so welcoming here and generous that’s why I come back. It’s all about customer service to me. I don’t care what the hotel looks like, it’s the staff that makes it what it is and here they have the best customer service team! I love u guys.

No internet; Many cockroaches (I killed 8 of them at a time when I woke up during the night). I got 6 bites by unknown bugs in just one night stay.

The hallway to my room had an unclean odor and the room was not clean either. It was advertised there is free WIFI. There was no WIFI and was not told upon checking in. When I ask how long has the WIFI been down, I was then told a week.

I checked @3, left, came back around 9pm drove into the lot my room was way in the back and while driving through there was about 50 men hanging out in the parking lot scattered through it. I am a female and I just wasn't comfortable with staying there alone because of it. So the room was empty the whole time I booked it for. I was concerned about my safety that's all.

The minute I checked in the atmosphere was very very friendly. I actually had it booked for two nights and basically I would’ve been charged had I canceled, but they accommodated me because I had an emergency in the family and I had to get back up north great loved it, but I don’t know if you can do anything about my roommate who was snoring up a storm dang she was loud. I hope she didn’t wake anybody else up but thank you for the kindness. I’ll be back.

We got a smoking room and the whole building was god awful.. the worse part was the amount of roaches we found in our room. So gross.. needless to say I will not be returning.

This is getting 3 stars only due to the low price and quality service at the desk. I had to switch rooms due to bugs. Hallways were dingy and half of the bulbs didn't work in my room. No hot water for the shower.

The place was a great place to stay, close, clean, easy to fine. The only coment is that i believe the carpets beed to be cleaned. Otherwise it was a great place to stay, the help was great too work with

The inside of the room is a bit outdated but the sheet on the bed seemed to be unwashed with tree bark on it.
The towels smell as if they either don’t wash it or they just spin it in water.
I asked the pool hours they said once it gets dark. I came from NEW YORK. I don’t know how I’m supposed to schedule my time since I don’t know when FLORIDA will get dark.
The overall air quality in the room was musky.
