Roaches and bugs

I was happy to see a sign proclaiming it the newest member of the wyndham group in the lobby. I've always had good experiences with wyndham in the past. I can't say that anymore. Staff member on duty when I arrived waited on several men while asking me to wait, even though three came in after me. She was aware that I had come because, just hours before, I was in a car accident and had broken several of my ribs. She proceeded to give me a room as far away as possible, having just promised a room to an uber driver so he could "get out fast". The room looked fine, but when I turned on the lights over the sink, there were two roaches scuttling across the counter. I found another dead one in pieces in the tub. I couldn't move fast enough to get away from him grotesque sight. I turned cand bumped the fridge, which had the coffee pot on top. The pot shifted, and a few came out from underneath. Needless to say, I left.and went to quality suites, a choice hotel. It was cheaper, impeccably clean and about 1000% nicer. More amenities and the nicest staff. The cab driver who took me to Quality Inn informed me that the Travelodge is a "crack house roach motel". Choice has my vote.
