Reasonable and convenient

Posted May 28, 2016
Pros: price
Cons: some remodeling
Location was convenient. Not far from airport. Price was reasonable. Hotel showed its age (rust in bathroom) but over all it was clean. Breakfast could have included more fruit (might have been because I went at 0830), yogurt, or hard boiled eggs. Breakfast was mostly carb choices but still a decent set up and the staff managing it was quick to clean up and replace coffee. Only stayed one night

Cheap Clean Overnight

Posted May 3, 2016
Pros: close to JetBlue Stadium
Cons: older hotel ...needs some serious TLC
Location: close to central Fort Meyers
For a Travelodge, it's a decent place for a quick layover. Not a first class long term resort...but certainly good enough for a quick sleep

Good hotel. Convenient location.

Posted Apr 25, 2016
Pros: Clean Spacious room Low price Convenient Relatively safe and quiet Nice breakfast -- waffles, cereals, fruit, bagels, breads, coffee, juice
Cons: Clean the rust stain on the tub Redo the tile work in the bathroom Get better pancake syrup for the breakfast Add insulation to interior walls
Location: Edison/Ford Estates Beaches Naples Zoo Mini Golf Starbucks Sanibel Island/Captiva Thrift stores/Pawn shops Golf Good restaurants nearby
This hotel was very good for a budget hotel -- got a great deal on expedia. It's a two-storey hotel with indoor corridors. It was relatively quiet, though the walls were on the thin side. The room was clean; the only negative in this area was a rust stain on the edge of the tub, but this was in an area that was far from the used area. I had a fair amount of expensive musical gear, and felt safe about leaving it in the room. The parking lot seemed relatively safe, especially compared with other budget hotels, but I wouldn't leave anything super-expensive in the car overnight. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was great -- the waffles were good, but the syrup could have been better. If you're fussy about maple syrup, you may want to bring your own. Check in was quick -- this was nice after a long drive.

Pets

They claim to be pet friendly but the pets are not allowed anywhere but your room. They also charge a $50 per deposit.

Wouldn't recommend it

The staff was not nice. The hotel seemed to have an issue with bugs as there was a guy running around with the equipment for insect extermination.
