If it weren’t for the pool I would have given a better rating. Our room was clean. Curtains and blinds were really bad. Broken Furniture around the pool. No umbrellas and the pool was in full sunlight. The attendant said he called the manager and they were redoing all the furniture so that was why it wasn’t nice. Could be a great little place to stay. Staff was very nice.

The manager provided excellent service as I left my pajamas in the room, and helped guide me through the pick-up process so that Fed-Ex could pick up my clothing the following day. The hotel room was clean but a bit worn, but the room did have a smell that did not go away with the A/C.

The hotel seemed okay when I got there, my check-in took long, they charged me again when I had already paid for my reservation so they had to call and void the charge. When I get to the room, it smelled fresh, however I see a dead bug on the wall that someone killed and it was not wiped down, one of the sofas/chair was nasty with a few old gums and like chocolate on it. When I go to the restroom as soon I turn on the light I saw two roaches, I killed hoping that was it. I went a few more times to the restroom and everytime I would turn on the light there were 2-4 roaches walking around. It was late at night and I could go somewhere else so I decide to leave lights on so the roaches would stay away. The next morning I spoke to the manager about it, he apologized and I was able to checkout and get a refund for the second night. It seemed like they know about the issue because I saw a guy from pest control checking the rooms next to mine. I hope they can get it under control

Stay from hell
The cigarette smell in the non-smoking room was overwhelming. The broken collapsed shower rod was bad but it prevented us from showering with cockroaches. We couldn’t get ice—the machine was empty/broken and the water in the vending machine was sold out. Was thoroughly glad to check out! Nobody should stay here.

Dirtiest hotel I ever stayed in full of cockroaches! Room smelled terrible. I reached for hairdryer to dry my hair and it was filthy. I had to leave with wet hair. If I wasn’t so tired with disability issues, I would have left immediately. At least towels in the bathroom and the shades on the bed we’re clean.

It was a nice stay….the service reps were nice and professional. I just thought the place could have been a little more comfortable and my assistant coach did find a roach in his room.
