“I’ll start off with staff. The guy who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. No issues with him. While my kids were swimming, another staff member came in and yelled at them and told them if they broke anything, I’d be paying for it (they were throwing pool balls to each other, nothing that would have broken anything). The next day I asked for more towels, and the guy was insistent that I not wait for them. He told me to go to my room and he’d bring them to me. I told him I was happy to……

“First room smelled like an ashtray (133) … 2nd room better but still had a smell (129). Pillows are half sized, hot tub has been filled in and has a table where it used to be. Would NOT stay here again. ”

“Great if you're looking for a hotel while on business. The only thing that drags it down is, nothing to do in JC. Otherwise, I'd go here again. Plenty of spots to eat in walking distance though. ”

“The room was clean and well stocked. The shower was awesome with great water pressure. The only thing I will say about the shower was that the bottom of the tub was extremely slick. I put the bath mat in the tub to keep from slipping. The young lady who checked me in was so friendly and professional. We traveled with my little dog and they were very accommodating. Overall it was a very good stay.”

“We spent four night. The staff were very nice and welcoming. We were told there was no coffee making facilities but we used microwave to heat water. So take your own microwaveable cup. The room was well worn. No usb ports, no hangers. Bath mat was thread bare with holes The beds were comfortable but the pillows were way too soft. For me anyway. There are no restaurants nearby. But the Subway is good. Very basic”
