We chose this hotel because it had a pool and it was close to where we needed to go for our Dance Competition. When we showed up and the pool was out of service we were very disappointed. We were able to use the Holiday Inn pool across from this hotel but had we be given notice that the pool was out of service, we would've stayed somewhere else. It was clean enough. The pillows and showers really need to be updated though.

The area surrounding the hotel is dated in some areas, better in others. Bed was quite uncomfortable. The fridge must have been left all the way up as all our food froze and went to waist (unexpected). Met Luvy from the kitchen, very pleasant lady.

The fire alarm went off for two of the three nights, we didn’t get any sleep and the girls had a hockey tournament. Fire department was there 4 times. Really bad

Love staying in Hamptons, but not this time. Rooms, service and everything is great, except for them charging me for the rooms i already paid for. After i contacted expedia, i got refund for one room. Now, i have to waste my time again and contact expedia to get refund for another one.

You need to fix the tile in your entrance as it is a BIG tripping safety issue
