Cons: WIFI at times frustrating while doing face time with my wife we would be disconnected due to lack of a strong signal.
Location: Excellant everything you need with in walking distance.
Marvellous, a great Canadian Hotel will stay there again.

Nice clean pet friendly hotel

We love staying at this hotel in Ft Saskatchewan, its located in a safe quiet area with many amenities nearby. Its pet friendly, a decent breakfast, we have to try out the hot tub next time.Reasonable price for the room

A great place to stay

Pros: Rooms a little larger and better-appointed; the outlook of the staff has always seemed more customer-focussed than other area hotels.
The Kanata in Fort Sask - and when it was called the 'Hospitality Inn' - has always been a great place to stay; the Kanata management has retained the founding owners exemplary customer service. And now the prices are better because of the recession in Alberta,

Overall great stay. King bed so comfy and the free breakfast was awesome with lots of variety.

Short stay. Nice hotel. Little expensive. Breakfast looked good on everyone elses plates but everything was empty. Even the coffee. Not happy

The hotel has been terrific. We have been here as evacuees from Fort McMurray. They've taken us in and have tried their very best to make us feel like family. My wife had mentioned using the BBQ on their patio to have a get together for all of us evacuees. The staff overheard us then contacted the local Co-op. They donated hot dogs and buns for us. They hadn't set up the area yet from winter. We went to pick up supplies for the BBQ. When we returned they had set up the picnic tables and washed the area. The front desk staff, the cleaning crew, the maintenance man, and manager have been absolutely spectacular. They let us bring all of our pets, and have a table full of donations for the pets. They also are putting out the donations of all of the other donations they've received for the people. They've lowered fees for us to stay as well. We are in a bad situation and the caring staff of this hotel have made the experience a lot easier to handle. Saying "hi" and asking "how's it going today?" Are small gestures but have gone a long way. Thank you for everything Kanata Inn. I will stay here every time I come towards Edmonton from now on.
