Nice motel

Cons: All good
Location: Close to large shopping areas
This is where I stay when in Ft Smith, always clean and affordable.

Good place to stay!

Hotel was in a great location, good access to highways, restaurants, shopping etc. Front desk staff was helpful and very considerate.

The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast area is convenient and nice. Room was clean and well furnished, although a little small. The refrigerator was nice, including a freezer unit. The microwave was very old, took a while to heat something. There was a bright light right outside our window and the drape did not fit tight enough to block out the light very much.

Parking lot lights are brighter than the Sun

Lots of local places to eat. No blackout blinds on the windows.

Needs work and a major renovation

Smelled like cigarettes and urine...the bathroom was somewhat clean...our window faced the freeway...
