We had a great stay here. Great area for dogs to potty and safe to walk. Good food options close by. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would recommend is softer and nicer shower towels otherwise everything was great.

The room was really dirty. It had a bug on the ceiling not sure if it was dead or alive. There was spots on the sheets in one of the beds. The ac/heat system was broken. Also, to top it off there was brown stuff smeared on the wall in the bathroom and stuff in the tub. I informed the guy at the desk because customer service from hotels.com suggested I do and i declined another room which apparently irritated him so he suggested I leave which I was in the process of during that conversation. Not very professional way to handle the situation. I took pictures as well.

very nice and helpful staff at check in. friendly at breakfast bar in morning good price and fine for one night stay- ac/heat unit a little noisy, dated hotel showing age, but kept clean

Nice and clean but...
I really enjoyed this Best Western. Nice friendly staff and super clean. The only off putting thing was that it is outside access to the room which is not what I thought I was booking. And there is no elevator to the second floor rooms. So be aware of these 2 things. The picture is deceptive.

The staff was great. The AC unit was very loud and the room was dated. Unfortunately everywhere around the facility smelled like cat pee. We saw him hiding under the stairs. The staff was great, the juice for breakfast was horrible.

We booked this last minute on our way through town. We were very pleased! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was great. I would not hesitate to stay here again

Comfortable but dated
The front desk staff was so friendly and made us feel welcome! The hotel looks a little dated, but it was comfortable. The tub was dingy, could be from age, but there was also trash still in one of the cans and cobwebs along the ceiling. The bed was comfortable. Parking was convenient.
