Clean Room but RIDICULOUS People

Pros: Clean Washroom, Good Breakfast, COMFORTABLE Bed, Big TV
Cons: When you press open button inside elevator, after about 30 secs it will start ringing loudly. It is very inconvenient for people with many luggages.
We booked 3 nights stay at this hotel and we checked in at around 8PM as we landed around 6-7PM. As we were heading to our hotel room, each room at the hallway had very noisy people inside them. We heard LOUD TVs on the left side, groups of people yelling on the right side but we were quite tired so we just went to bed. Then, 30 minutes later out of nowhere a security guard tells us that we're being a bit too noisy as people beside our room complained. I was so confused - the TV was off, I was reading an article on my phone and someone complained? Anyways, that was only the first night. The rest of our stay was really nice, The housekeeper is amazing, every morning our room is messy and after eating breakfast, the room will ALWAYS look like new again. Their breakfast is as usual - cereals, breads, eggs, hash browns, coffee, jams/peanut butter and others. Other than that complaint, our stay was quite perfect - clean and new washroom, beds are comfortable, 40" TV (I believe) and coffee maker with coffee beans.

Hotel with local convenience.

Pros: The location was good. All necessities were close by. Good staff.
Cons: Staffing appeared to be a problem. The restaurant was operating at half staff. The server was very good to let Customers know they were short staffed.
Location: Not sure due to short stay. In at 8pm and out at 4;30am. Good restaurant on site. smaller restaurants close by. Limited parking due to snow.
Checked in with no problems. Friendly and efficient staff. Room was clean and wifi worked (important for business). Went to Mondo Restaurant and was informed that they were short staffed and the wait would be longer than usual. If I was not told I would not have noticed. Very efficient and hard working staff. I hope management appreciates what they have. The only issue I have was with some inconsiderate guest leaving very smelly take out food garbage by the elevators. The hotel should not be expected to deal with this. After a couple of hours of the garbage stinking up the hallway, I took it the garbage to the bin myself. Hotel was very good, some guests not so considerate. Would stay again and will recommend to friends.

Decent hotel but they messed up my reservation and gave me the wrong room

Central location

Cons: Have some pride and spend time cleaning the main hallways and areas.
Hotel was not very clean. Room seemed ok but did have an old smell to it. Front desk staff seemed to lack any concern. But the room was quiet.

Bad bed!

Found the king size bed had a collapsed bed frame. very uncomfortable.

Had to be up early for work. Went to make coffee, added water to the machine and discussing floating sludge came to the surface. When I complained about the coffee maker they said it was just hard water residue. Not staying here again

The room wasn't clean copper there are some things

There was quite a few things that were falling apart in the bathroom some long hair in the bed the table and desk warranty dust Proper

Pros: the clenliness, and the staff
Location: mall is within walking distance, as are lots of smaller stores. Son really liked staying there, as well.
The staff was excellent, and the rooms are very clean and quiet, which is why i stay at their hotels.
