The hotel is good for people with pets. i do not think the cleaning personnel can do much more to reduce the smell even if they spray still will be a mixture of urine with sanitizer/ air freshener. my case I do not have pets and I made the reservation in a hurry and on my smartphone so I was not able to read reviews and general specifications of the hotel. I would recommend hotels.com to make more visible "pets allowed" in the first page for customers to easily identify it. I learned the lesson and will be more careful next time.

Spend the extra and stay at Fairfield next door

Room looked dated. Bathroom was clean and beds were clean and comfy. The lounge chair was ripped and heavily worn and the kitchen area looked heavily worn. I expected it to be a little nicer. It was just ok at best

A quick stay

The description in Hotels.com didn't indicate that the room was smoking or that it was on a floor with all smoking rooms. I do think the hotel staff was courteous and upfront about it all but I was a bit disappointed with the stay because of the smoking smell/condition. Not sure if this is on Hotels.com or Best Western but advanced notice on such a thing would be cool, especially those with allergies or sensitivity.
