With one bedroom and two bathrooms, our condo is tastefully appointed with the latest coastal style furnishings and linens. The master bedroom offers a king bed, generous closet space, and a full bathroom. The spacious and relaxing living area is furnished with comfy seating and a sofa that converts to a queen bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal. The balcony offers outdoor seating, and is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. There is a stackable washer/dryer, and tram service to the beach is complimentary.

The Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time. The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. There is a miniature golf course, and adults can enjoy golf on three different resort golf courses.

Let our place at 3409 Lasata be your next vacation home! *HOA PARKING: The building association for this condo only allows (1) vehicle in the parking garage per reservation. You will be emailed this information prior to your arrival and will be required to pay a $10 parking fee directly to the condo association. Upon receipt of payment, you will be issued a QR code to access the garage.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
