Hotel close to many Restaurants and to the beach

Pros: Close to many Rest., shops, ect..
Cons: Price is too expensive for the size of the room, comparing to similar star rating.
Location: Location is good, close to the highway and many shops around.
Usually I go every yr to Destin Fl for a business meeting and I try different Hotels. I choose this hotel as it is close to the beach, near many restaurants and shopping. Have all the facilities, small pool but you need to stay 1 week for cleaning service, otherwise, you need to pay for the service. Room are good, little bit small but clean. I would stay again if I have to be in the same area, but will go with online price not from the front-desk.

Decent hotel close to veach

I have a good experience for my brief stay at this hotel. Check in was fast and manager was pleasant. Great location.

Not comfortable

The staff was friendly but the room was very uncomfortable. We couldn't sit in the couch to watch the TV due to the angle of the couch. The bathroom was extremely small and needed a good cleaning. The refrigerator had food crumbs in it.

Location, Location, Location

My stay was good. My room smelled as though it was stacked up for a long period of time. The stove top was worn out as well. My room was right next to the housekeeping closet(utilities room), which was very loud and noisey when trying to relax.

Pros: Staff was friendly.
Cons: Kitchen equipment is deficient and I had to go to front desk to get everything. No over or alternative large pot or hot cooker available.
Got placed next to stairway which tended to be noisy and this was in the off season when there was plenty of rooms.

Horrible Stay

It was my worst hotel experience that I've ever had based on the room smelling like smoke & the A/C unit pumping out horrendous smell that set off the smoke detector!

I was not impressed.

Pros: It was in a decent location. There is nothing else I liked about it.
Cons: I arrived at the hotel and had to wait a while for the front desk staff to return to check me in. It was already late and I wanted to get to bed quickly. That did not happen. The "breakfast" was worthless. They only had coffee, a couple of packages of store bought muffins, and a few granola bars. This hotel was not worth the $90 I paid.
Location: Behind backyard burger and the car wash. Not much to do nearby.

Absolutely the WORST hotel we've EVER stayed in!

Barking dogs, dirty sheets, musty/moldy rooms, smelly hallways, overall-this place is disgusting and gross. I'll NEVER stay here again. Buyer beware!
