The only thing I didn't like was how the beaches were roped off. Our beach was overly crowded when the condo next to us only had a few people on it!!

Beach access is limited to a small area if you are staying at the Pelican. Great price for the condo but not enough entertainment out near the pool area compared to my other resort stays.

You can't beat how close it is to the beach!Posted Aug 25, 2015
We stay at this hotel every August, for the past 4 years. It's not exactly like a hotel; the rooms are individually owned, and are rented out. So you don't have daily maid service or the such, that you would expect from a normal hotel. But, this place is fantastic! The location is perfect, and that's why we stay every year!

Nice hotel and right on the beachPosted Aug 12, 2015
We've been to this resort at least 3 times and it is slowly losing its amazing-ness. Its still great but it gives off this old style set up in the rooms. Its a bit over price, but it'll do.

good and badPosted Aug 12, 2015 on Hotels
The staff was very courteous and helpful at check in. There were limited amount of luggage carts to use and unfortunately some folks are not familiar with the scope of 1st come 1st serve but that is not the hotels fault. The room was fantastic; but the elevators and condo lobbies were always dirty and smelled. The Tiki bar wasn't well stocked and it wasn't open enough during the week. Do not rent beach chairs because they pack you in like sardines and then allow others who didn't pay for chairs to set up in front of you blocking the beach. That was a waste of money. I am told that is not the condo's control, it is handled by the HOA.

A Great vacation at a great pricePosted Jun 26, 2015
Pros: Clean, Friendly, with a lot to do at the hotel with a great watermark across the street. shopping and fine restaurants close by.
Cons: Tiki bar was closed most of the time, only alcoholic beverages served, a non alcohol selection would have been nice. a cafe is all to eat at hotel.
Location: Location was great, beautiful beach, crystal clear water. Shopping, fine dining and activities are plentiful near by.
We Had a great time, plenty to do, We had our grand kiddies with us for a few days (They live close to the hotel) then a couple days just my wife and i. The hotel staff was great, friendly, pools, beach and all clean with easy access. The room was clean, great view. all we can ask for. Thanks Pelican Beach Resort.

Great location on the beach.Posted Jun 3, 2015
Great fun at the beach. Awesome restaurants close by. Wife loves the charter fishing boat and caught the limit for King mackerel. Great golf at the Regatta Bay golf course just down the street from Pelican Bay Resort. Will be back soon!!!
