STAY ELSEWHERE!!!

Spent more time changing rooms than enjoying vacation. Hallways and rooms smelled like mold and mildew; Noisy rooms and AC units; rooms were dirty; cleaned ourselves, beds were smelly and uncomfortable (urine soaked) general manager was unapologetic and unhelpful. Food was horrible, off temperature, and made us sick. We were charged almost $200 in unexpected unexpected additional fees.

Overall experience was a nice comfy clean hotel... Only thing that I would say needs improvement was there breakfast it was not good at all we tried first day could not finish food had to go somewhere else every other day. Was not pleased at all. But everything else was great 👍🏻😃

Pros: Swimming pool and staff.
Cons: Since this is a pet friendly hotel the smells of pets on the hallway carpetings, elevators and rooms are not pleasant.
Location: Location is excellent for going to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. Well situated.
Enjoyed our stay and would recommend the beautiful beaches recommended by the hotel.

Hotel for a family

When we got to the room, we found a few cigarette buns right in the living room's window frame and another one in one of the bedroom's floor. The smell quickly disappeared since the previous guest had left that window open and the hotel cleaning staff didn't notice. Additionally, the temperature in the hallway was a little high, but it didn't matter for how comfy and spacious the room was.

We only stayed two nights. The facility is large and you never have to leave if you don't want. Lots of places to eat and many things for kids.

Wish we get easy excesses bathroom for handicap that we requested irs not easy to climb over the tub especially when you are 85. At the same time we were hoping both the room were close by instead so far apart.Front desk is not very friendly when asked. Breakfast is ok..

Nice hotel very clean and comfortable!!!

Very nice hotel. The staff were professional and friendly. I loved the handwritten note left for us on the morning of our depart day. The free breakfast was a plus with lot to choose from. I only wish hotel was on beach and had balcony. Overall nice short stay and my husband and I will be back with our son this summer.
