This was the worst stay at a hotel I’ve ever had. I had higher expectations but the management was late….cancelled my reservation on accident and then BARGED INTO MY ROOM THIS MORNING AND ASKED WHY I WAS THERE. The person “forgot” to reserve my room..

Very Clean and Adequate
Night manager was very helpful and pleasant. Room was very clean and adequate. Not as pet friendly as advertised deposit was overpriced which is the only reason I'll find other accomodations. If my dogs weren't part of the equation this would be a very nice place to say

Room itself was clean, there was NO remote for the TV, front desk didnt have one. Homeless sleeping in the hallway, halls smelled like pot, people arguing loudly and slamming doors. Left hours after I arrived and stayed somewhere else. Have to ask for kitchen items, wasn't a factor as I had planned to eat out. Will not stay at or recommend this place again.

From the second I step foot on the property my trip was horrible they put me in a room with an overflowed toilet I then proceeded to go back to the front desk where nobody was present for at least 30 minutes to wait upon arrival the night clerk put me in a different room without switching me around in the computer so my girlfriend and I went upstairs and went to bed and woke up in the morning to a manager standing over the top of us like naked in bed asking us what we were doing in a room that was supposed to be vacant the room had not been thoroughly cleaned there was no towels there was no toilet paper or toiletries the stove was torn to pieces we began our check-in process at roughly midnight and by the time we got to sleep it was close to 4:00 a.m. the room stunk there was dirt all over the floor there was cat litter in the bathroom on the sink there's a giant yellow stain on the comforter in the room the sheets and pillows smell the body odor the entire trip with a nightmare we stayed One night in that room and we checked out I then proceeded to call the complaint line where I was greeted by a very smug claims adjuster who refused tissue me a refund or caught me a state at another hotel do not I repeat do not waste your money on a place that could care less about you or your stay take your family across the street to a hotel that knows how to treat its guests

Conveniently located in the center of town easy to get an Uber lots of stuff to do nearby for the family I will definitely stay there again

Hotel smelled like weed as soon as you go into the hall was given a room on the 4th floor went to go into the room and some one was still in it . Went back down stairs to get another one that was empty. When i got my room it had no shower curtain not much of anything most rooms have at least a hair dryer clothes hangers...nothing and the whole hotel was more of an apartment with all the people that were living there i did not feel very safe. But on the plus side the staff were very friendly and personable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The sparsely furnished room was actually perfectly convenient except for the desperate need for a bedside lamp. And bless these folk for the absence of carpet. The floors are easier to keep ACTUALLY clean. Carpet just hides dirt and decaying material. At Extended Stay you get what you pay for. The rates are excellent and you get a clean room and place to sleep and shower. That is what I want and just what I get. I am completely satisfied with my stay and would return.

Minimal staff hours with additional costs for every kitchen item necessary for using the kitchenette. The microwave was so old it looked unsafe. The tub leaked excessively and the door was too close to the bathroom sink. There was also only bright overhead lights with no lamps at all. Extremely overpriced for bare bones, old & subpar lodging in need of serious renovation. Luckily we stayed less than 12 hours for an overnight stay only.

If it wasn’t late at night and I wasn’t exhausted I would have never stayed in this room. It was horrible. Dirty and outdated. I paid $300 to stay in a dump.

The stay was a “staycation” for my mom while her apartment was being worked on. The staff was great and really welcomed us at check in. The room was clean and the little kitchen was perfect. Thank you to the whole staff.

two beds that have no box spring. only a metal frame. the clock on the room didn't work. there's no soap in the bathroom's. no pool, or breakfast. this place is meant fort people who just passing though or military personnel out-processing

Horribly designed and constructed building. No carpet, hard floors that transferred sounds of chairs and footsteps. I was there 3 nights without one good night's sleep. Think you're getting a kitchen? Think again. Nothing but the appliances. NOTHING, not even a coffee maker. I traveled across the country for 2 weeks this trip and this was the ONLY place without a coffee maker. READ THE FINE PRINT
