Rooms were really small. One elevator for the whole property. The restaurant at hotel had drainage back up and said it had been like that for well over a week. The waitress was having to walk in wet mushy water and cover floors with towels. The shower and sink pressure in room was horrible. Definitely not a place that represents Wyndham Hotels . We love the area but will definitely be staying somewhere nicer for what we paid. Over $700 for all this . No way

Our stay was decent. Definitely not a five star hotel, but we knew that before booking. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning and it took awhile to even have a staff member come serve our table. Donuts were pretty good. We were in the “C” building and throughout the night we constantly heard the doors slamming to the hotel rooms. It was loud enough to wake us up every time. In the shower the vent above was noticeably not clean. Loved the convenience to the beach (main reason for booking here) Overall, it was an okay stay.

No remote to tv when checked in to room. They brought the wrong kind of remote. Had to call 4 different times and multiple employees coming to our room to attempt to fix it. Finally got it fixed the night before we left. Room service did not come to room during 3rd day of stay so didnt have clean towels or bedding. Hotel room was by pool that had loud music playing on speakers we were not warned about. Very disapointed in the stay for what we paid. Would have been better off at a red roof inn.

I did not like the bed. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. You could feel the springs in the mattress. They really need to get new mattresses. Sleep is important on vacation and I did not sleep well. Woke up every morning with a back ache. Also, they were doing some remodeling and you could hear them drilling and hammering early in the morning. That was very inconsiderate for the guest trying to sleep in (and I am an early riser)! The location is what made the stay good. The beach was very nice and peaceful.

Very out dated. The second safety locks no longer worked The water pressure was horrible. During a shower the water pressure would go so low it would turn off the shower every minute, you would have to pull the shower knob back up every time. I let the front desk know the first day that my room phone did not work and nothing was done about it. Only one elevator and it was extremely slow.

Great location. The hotel has a band aide but needs a whole makeover. This was the noisiest hotel on our whole trip. The doors are old & slam super load. The staff was not friendly at all. Positive is the location!

We enjoyed the convenience of the hotel location. Short walk to the beach short drive to basically anything and everything that you would want to do. I would say that the hotel is in some needs of some upgrade our key card to get into our room hardly ever worked. We had to exchange it out three or four times while we were there. And we never knew which was going to work.

I stayed here on March 15-20. The staff was nice, especially the restaurant manager. When I booked this hotel, I was under the impression there was a small sandwich/bar out beside the pool. It was under construction, so that limited our choice of restaurants. The onsite restaurant did have very good breakfasts. The location of the hotel, exercise room, the heated pool and hot tub made up for the inconvenience of low water pressure and sand on the floor. I was ready to buy a whisk broom at one point because either we would track sand in from the patio, or it would be left after the cleaning. Overall, not a fancy place, but it is on the beach, there are shared beach toys available, and it is within walking distance to a convenience store, restaurants, and an Alvins Souvenir Shop.

It was our first time staying. So our AC didn’t work had to have 3 people come and looks at it. But they did replace it. My key card never work always had to go back to the front desk and reset. It was very noisy. Overall it was ok

Disappointed with hotel. Only one working elevator (actually person in front got stuck and needed to call for help). Second elevator has been out for 4 months. Balcony deadbolt would not lock. Heater did not work in room. Construction was going on in same section of hotel.

Easy checkin. Friendly staff. Hotel is undergoing some updates. One of the elevators was down in C building. So there was a wait at times. $10 per day to park seems somewhat ridiculous for a hotel. Conveniently located. We were in room 713 where the door needs to be adjusted because it was hard to open and shut. Beds were comfortable. Nice touch of having your own broom and dust pan.

They need to do something about thei roaches infestation, its absolutely horrendous. We had to put some of our furniture on the balcony because it was full of roaches. Our building was unbelievably hot because they have one AC/Heat controller for the entire building. Absolutely horrendous. Never Again!
