Great stay
This was a great hotel. The lobby was very inviting. The room was clean and spacious. And the bed was comfy. The location was great and we would definitely stay there again.

Room not properly cleaned
Everything was well until I was about to take a shower and discovered shower mat, which was rolled up in the corner, had blood on it and was sitting against tissue with blood on it as well. Gave me the impression the room was not thoroughly cleaned. I felt disgusted and disappointed. This should have never happened if they would have cleaned the room well.

They charged my acct 110.00 over the Expedia rate which you have wait days to get it back. Multiple people complained at the front desk about extra funds removed from their accts. Front desk person was great when I arrived. The one I spoke to at checkout was horrible and refused to give me a receipt. Clean inside but I won’t stay there again!
