"I can not emphasize enough how helpful, accommodating, and polite the staff was. The service provided was easily the best I have ever experienced and I never stay in less than 4 star rated hotels/motels. The only thing I wish were different is they do not have any rooms with more than one bed."

"We’ve stayed here a few times and have enjoyed each trip. The only thing I didn’t like this time was being asked multiple times by different people (who worked with the hotel) about rewards points that turned into what seemed like a time share pitch. I was there for 5 days and was approached almost every time I went through the lobby. I understand trying to promote something but it did become annoying. They even approached us as we had our hands full with bags and take out after a long day. Maybe there’s a better way to go about this new promotion. But like I said earlier always a great and comfortable stay. "

"Amazing stay - we were back in my hometown for WrestleMania and unknowingly booked the same hotel the wrestlers were staying at. All staff members we came across were very polite and helpful and we loved everything - specifically the room and fitness center. Perfect location downtown just east of City Hall and right across the street from Reading Terminal Market and the PA Convention Center. Would definitely look to stay here again if in town for future events. "
