The staff was nice, Jesse checked me in and made a credit error initially (that I would have never noticed) but was kind enough to upgrade me to an Executive Suite as a result. Again, it would have never hit my radar. The room was relatively clean, aside from loose hair in and around the tub/shower. The bed and room temperature were comfortable. My morning got off to a rough start when there was no hot water for a shower, even after letting it run for several minutes at the highest setting. Ice cold!
