Great place to stay
Our stay was very good. The room was clean and very spacious. It was also well equipped. It would have been nice to have the pool available but oh well. The people at the front desk were always very pleasant. Great customer service

Great room
My one night was great. Location worked out great. Longhorns steakhouse was right across the street. It was close to war memorial coliseum where i went to a concert. The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable. I was able to have my dog with me. You get what you pay for. Its a little on the pricey side but the rooms have a kitchen if you choose to eat in your room. Cant comment on the breakfast. Didnt take advantage of that.

I’m not sure what the guys name was who worked the counter but he was just amazing. He was very accommodating. When I brought my dogs in he gave them both a treat. We did not have electricity for three days so we really needed A hotel stay.. And this was perfect

My trip is this weekend May 14th for my daughter travel basketball and for some reason my booking was for the 7th and i never checked in to this hotel because I was under the impression i was staying there on the 14th of May of my booking. Is there anything that can be done about this? I was charged not knowing that the date was booked for the 7th. I just now checked my email about this and seen the date was wrong

Easy access
Candlewood Suites appears fairly modern and well-kept. Our room had a two-burner stove and essentially two place settings, in addition to pot and pan, but we brought enough kitchen gear to make it work. The room was humid for the first couple of days, because the air conditioner was not running much (it shuts off while you are gone), but it got better. There was a very bright animated billboard outside the window that was a bit distracting at night, and traffic especially on Friday was loud. That said, it was a convenient location, clean, affordable, and I would probably stay there again.

I enjoyed the convenience of the mini kitchen area and the space of the room during the stay. It was a nice and spacious room considering the price. I don't have any complaints other than the noise that can be heard from other rooms whether it was stomping from above, or tvs from other rooms on the same floor, it was distracting at times but we weren't in the room too often so it wasn't as big of a concern otherwise.

Large Comfortable Room
The room was great! It was large - 1 BR suite with a large fully stocked kitchen, comfortable chairs - TV's in the living room and bedroom. The only complaint we had was the bedroom stayed much, much warmer than the living room. In order to get the bedroom to a comfortable temperature we had to keep the living room more like an igloo. There was only a tiny vent in the bedroom on the wall that seemed to circulate the A/C.
