The front desk attendant was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. With the renovation, even walking the hallway to my room was pleasant. I was impressed with the room layout, color palette, lighting, size of the Tv, comfy bed and the water pressure. What can I say, I was surprisingly impressed all around. I forgot to mention; I also noticed the "noise barrier" if you will. Traffic out side, renovation on the second floor, other people walking the hall and yet I heard nearly any of it. Slept like a baby. Thank you for doing it right. It really matters.

Worst hotel experience EVER! First I was put in a a room on the first floor (construction on 2nd floor) I work nights and all I heard all day was banging and hammering and drilling. Requested to be moved I was told since I had accepted the room already there was nothing evening shift to do. Was told I should’ve informed them at check in I work nights. Was told to talk to day shift. Day shift moved me to the third floor which was much better and remodeled. Could still hear some noise but wasn’t near as bad. I will say the walls are very thin though… I could hear everything the housekeepers or neighbors were doing and saying. Went to renew for three more nights only because I sleep during the day and didn’t want that check out to check in gap somewhere… went to the front desk at 3am and determined it was cheaper to renew online so I did that. Received a call at 11:30am that I was past my check out time… I told her I extended. She then said I extended a queen room and half asleep I looked at my phone and told her no it was a king room (which was what I was in)… she then says I renewed a king handicap accessible room and I needed to move rooms. I asked for a manager.., she said she was one. I asked if we could deal with this when I woke up and she was insisting I change rooms. I told her I wanted to stay in the same room because I’m sleeping and have alot of stuff. She then said I had an “attitude” and she wasn’t accepting my extension and told me to get out within 15 min!

Christian was great got our room set up and booked us in, really polite. Will definitely stay again the cleaning ladies were really really sweet. I had my little girl with me and they were happy faces with her the whole time.

The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. The room however was not great, the bathroom smells of urine, there was what looked to be poop smeared on the light switch is the bathroom. There is what looks to be vomit on the inside of the bathroom door. Aside from that the kids enjoyed the pool

The area was quiet and the hotel was clean. The queen beds feel more like they're barely big enough to be a full size bed.

Totally surprised!
I have to say, I was both surprised and disappointed in our room. * The phone in the room would not quit flashing (I tried to reset it like they told me to, but it didn't work. * Shower floor was dirty *Over half of the outlets in the room did NOT work * The two charging ports did NOT work. I guess I have never stayed in a Comfort Suites that was so tired and worn out.

The facility was incredibly dirty, partly due to construction happening in the facility. Also, there was a fire. My room was just above the fire. No one bothered to evacuate even though there was smoke fireman came three fire engines was at midnight still no movement of personnel out of the facility personnel, seem to like to do in this type of event, the next day, when questioned about the facility, and the actions the previous. they were blandly apologetic I had to asked to be moved from my rooms the night before where the fire happened, since my room had been in a dated with Fumes from the fire, which they did move me, but only after I asked

I have travel extensively in North America and in Europe, staying in a wide variety of hotels. By far this one is the absolute worst! I have pictures of a broken sink, tears and rips, as well as wearing down of the vinyl furniture in the room, and in the eating area, and significant amount of mold in the shower. Unfortunately , we were not allowed to stay because we are fort Wayne locals. I had payed it in full before we even got there. We were going to rent out a room for a family night so our kids got to use the pool and enjoy their night. Receptionist seem a bit rude . When I asked why we were not allowed to stay he said something about being close to a hospital and covid but with a sarcastic/ making fun kind of way. They were kind enough to return our payment. But it was very inconvenient because we had to find a different hotel the same night.

Thankfully Expedia informs you before you arrive that if you are a local resident we cannot accommodate the reservation and instructs you to call and cancel. Technology is great and it let me know on October 13 at 12:25 it sent you the message about our local policy. If you failed to read or ignore this message that was a failure on your part. Quick easy booking and check in. Facility seemed to be surface clean. In room, toilet, sink, bed linens we're clean and without evidence of bugs. The finishes were not. The wallpaper in the bathroom (and in the sleeping area next to the bed) was dirty, the grout in the shower was discolored, the trim work was poorly done and thus appeared dirty. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was typical for a hotel but adequate and hot. The heat and air conditioning worked well in my room. Plenty of food options within walking distance. Overall I would return to this location.

awful experience...refund needed
this place was DIRTY. walls were dirty, hand printed. wall paper bubbled and dirty. edging missing or coming off. bathroom was gross, light panel hanging off, outlets pushed into the wall. faucet for shower leaks. drains didnt drain. chair was shredded.
